About the Role

Jump is looking for a Brand Designer to help create visually compelling assets across a wide variety of marketing channels. This role will support both digital and print materials, helping bring our brand to life across ads, videos, blog posts, website content, sales materials, slide decks, event collateral, social media, email marketing, and more. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to design assets that elevate Jump’s brand and align with our visual identity, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints. This role is perfect for a versatile designer who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is eager to have a direct impact on the success of Jump’s marketing efforts.

What You’ll Do

  • Participate in the development and launch of a refreshed Brand for Jump.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints, from online ads to offline materials.

  • Design high-quality visual assets for performance marketing and email campaigns, in-person and virtual events, and our website.

  • Create video content for social media, including animations, promo videos, and other creative assets.

  • Partner closely with the Marketing team to develop our brand externally while having close access to Product and influencing how our brand shows up in user experiences.

  • Design sales materials, such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and product sheets that align with Jump’s brand and support the sales process.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide design input to help elevate marketing strategies and ideas.

  • Manage the design process from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring that projects meet deadlines and quality standards.

About You

  • You have 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a B2B SaaS, tech, or financial services environment.

  • You are a detail-oriented designer who can work efficiently in a fast-paced, startup environment.

  • You have a portfolio of strong visual design work that’s presented with equally strong storytelling that showcases your communication skills.

  • You are a visual storyteller with the ability to create compelling designs across digital ads, print, social media, website, sales materials, and other marketing channels.

  • You’re passionate about creating innovative designs and staying up to date with the latest design trends and tools.

  • You have proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and other design software.

  • You have experience working with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).

  • You understand performance marketing and how to design ads that capture attention and convert.

  • You have experience designing for brand consistency across channels and are comfortable following brand guidelines.

  • You have excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and take feedback on your designs.
