About the Role
You’ll be responsible for building and managing a healthy revenue pipeline through creative outbound strategies, full-cycle sales execution, and a consultative approach to helping clients understand the value of Jump’s AI platform. You’ll partner closely with internal teams to ensure we continue to deliver a trusted, category-leading product experience for financial professionals.
Build pipeline through creative, personalized outbound prospecting
Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Qualify, advance, and close opportunities across the full sales cycle
Manage procurement, negotiation, and contract processes with precision
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer success and retention
Help strengthen Jump’s reputation as a trusted, loved, category-defining partner

About You
You’re a motivated, consultative seller who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments. You care deeply about helping clients succeed and want to be part of building an AI company that’s transforming how financial professionals operate.

What You’ve Done
5+ years of closing experience with a technology company (preferably SaaS)
Proven track record of exceeding quota in Mid-Market or Commercial segments
Experience selling into Financial Services, WealthTech, or adjacent regulated industries (preferred)
Skilled in value-based selling frameworks (MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar)
Strong communication and storytelling ability—able to simplify complex AI concepts into customer value
Bonus: experience at a Series A–B startup or in a founding AE role

Competitive salary - $100k Base / $100k Variable = $200k OTE
