Content Manager, Partners

About the Role

Jump is rapidly growing its network of strategic partnerships, and we’re looking for a Content Manager to help drive partner activation and engagement. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to develop and execute marketing plans for each partner. Your work will help increase adoption, drive co-marketing initiatives, and ensure partners have the resources they need to succeed.

You’ll own the end-to-end marketing execution for partnerships—leading initiatives like webinars, case studies, videos, one-pagers, resource centers, and referral programs. If you thrive at the intersection of marketing, partnerships, and project management, this is a high-impact role where you can make a direct contribution to Jump’s growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop marketing plans for partners to drive partner adoption growth and increase partner-sourced revenue.

  • Project manage co-marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

  • Create high-quality partner marketing content, including case studies, one-pagers, videos, and blog posts.

  • Organize and host webinars, events, and joint campaigns with partners.

  • Build and maintain a resource center for partners to ensure they have the tools needed to promote Jump.

  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure marketing efforts translate into increased adoption.

  • Enable partner sales teams by developing training materials, playbooks, and collateral that position Jump effectively.

  • Develop and scale an Ambassador/Advisor Community Program, nurturing top advocates and turning them into brand champions.

  • Track and measure the performance of partner marketing and community initiatives, optimizing strategies based on data insights.

  • Ensure smooth execution of partner-driven go-to-market (GTM) efforts, supporting product launches and key campaigns.

  • Strengthen relationships with key partners and advisors, acting as the go-to marketing contact for co-marketing efforts.

About You

  • You thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment and love working cross-functionally.

  • You have strong marketing and project management skills and can execute campaigns from start to finish with minimal handholding.

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills, able to craft compelling content and present ideas clearly.

  • You’re a great communicator and relationship builder, comfortable collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

  • You understand how to create compelling content that drives adoption and engagement.

  • You are highly organized and can manage multiple partner programs simultaneously.

  • You have a strong data-driven mindset, always looking for ways to measure and improve performance.

  • You’re passionate about AI, fintech, and helping financial advisors optimize their workflows.

What You’ve Done

  • You have 3-7 years of experience in partner marketing, B2B marketing, or content marketing (preferably in SaaS or fintech).

  • You have successfully executed co-marketing campaigns with partners, including webinars, content, and sales enablement materials.

  • You have experience creating and managing marketing collateral, including case studies, one-pagers, and resource centers.

  • You have worked closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing initiatives with adoption goals.

  • Preferred: Experience marketing to financial advisors, RIAs, or Broker-Dealers.

Compensation

  • Salary: $90-$120k (depending on experience)
