About the Role

As a Product Manager at Jump, you’ll lead a strategic product area. Working in tandem with product designers, engineers, and Jump leadership, you’ll ship new features and products on a weekly basis. You’ll also be responsible for defining and quantitatively measuring the success of those products and features.

You will:

  • Meet with customers every day to understand their pain points and priorities

  • Define features and products that align with those priorities

  • Sell those solutions to customers to truly validate product and feature value

  • Work with design and engineering teams to rapidly implement new features and maintain Jump’s category leadership

  • Help build Jump into a career-making, exceptional place to work

About You

  • You are obsessed with shipping new products and features at an incredibly high velocity, and have a track record of doing it.

  • You thrive thinking through difficult, ambiguous product and user experience problems.

  • You love talking with customers and are committed to deeply understanding their pain points and priorities.

  • You take 100% responsibility; passing blame is completely contrary to your character.

  • You love owning a number, so you can exceed it.

  • Given how successful you’ve been, you’re remarkably humble, down to earth, and fun to work with.

  • You can speak very fluently on highly technical topics like data architecture, API schemas and protocols, UX and front-end architecture, and the latest in AI development and advancements.

  • You have likely done some software engineering and, especially using AI, can spin up test apps and prototypes.

  • You understand what it means to work at an early-stage tech company and are excited about the related opportunities and challenges.

  • You avoid meetings whenever possible (recognizing it’s not always possible).

  • Your past managers have been devastated to lose you to your next thing—but you have such a strong relationship that they completely supported you anyway.

What You’ve Done

  • You’ve successfully launched multiple products and features that are widely loved by real-life, paying customers.

  • You were a top performer in high school and college.

  • Your track record of success has continued for 1-5 years in a full-time work environment.
