You’ll lead training sessions, create video tutorials, run onboarding calls, and provide follow-up support, making sure every customer gets the most value from Jump.
Your role will require strong presentation skills, an ability to read the room, and adaptability to different customer needs. Run training sessions for groups of 10+ people, maintaining control of the agenda and keeping participants engaged.
Adjust your teaching style based on the audience, whether they prefer a professional, down-to-business approach or a more casual, conversational tone.
Communicate clearly and confidently, making complex software feel intuitive to users of all experience levels.
Follow up with customers after training sessions to ensure continued success, providing additional resources and answering outstanding questions.
Write onboarding documentation and guides to complement live training.
Produce video tutorials that give customers step-by-step instructions for using Jump effectively.
Act as a trusted expert and advocate for customers, tracking feature requests and common pain points to share with the product team.
Help build Jump into a category leader, trusted and loved by customers.
Contribute to Jump’s mission of transforming the advisor experience with cutting-edge AI.
